To be eligible to return an item and receive a store credit, your item/s must be;
1.FULL PRICED ITEM- SALE PRODUCTS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED
2. ITEMS MUST BE POST STAMPED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER AND ANY ITEMS AFTER RECEIVED THEREAFTER MAY BE DENIED
3. UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM/S (WORN CANNOT BE RETURNED)
4.UNMARKED- NO FAKE TAN, MAKE UP OR OTHER MARKS
5. HAVE NO SMELL OF PERFUME, TANS, COSMETICS, DEODORANT, WASHING POWDER OR OTHER PRODUCTS
6. ALL ORIGINAL LABELS AND SWING TAGS ATTACHED
7. ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE QUALITY CHECKED THROUGHLY PRIOR TO SHIPMENT, WE WILL NEVER SEND A SUPPAR PRODUCT.
Due to health sanitary reasons swimwear, bodysuits and accessories are non-returnable items. Gift Cards and sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Once your Return has been received and approved by us, via email you will be issued your store credit for the value of the item/s returned, excluding postage charges. We will update you of your credit within 7 days of approving your return. Store credit is valid for 6 months.
We thoroughly inspect all Returns and if a Return fails to comply with the above, it will be returned back to the purchaser.
Regrettably, we are unable to offer an exchange or hold option for items but you are able to re-purchase a suitable item with your store credit.
Honey & Co Boutique cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged while in delivery to us. We recommend you retain a copy of all tracking numbers for your follow up, if required.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only granted if a product is faulty but must follow the return policy above. In the unlikely event that the product received is deemed faulty, the item will be sent to the manufacture for assessment before a refund can be issued- this can take up to 14 days.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 21 days.
